Some website managers are under the erroneous view that once they are able to buy or create an article submission script, there is no more work for the human being. They anticipate that they can mechanize the submission of content to the relevant search engines. This means that they are able to get rid of the members of staff who were doing this job in the past. That is a big mistake because there are certain functionality that would not work with article submitter script. They simply require that human touch that brings a sense of judgment and flexibility to the content submission process. The website manager ignores this fact at their own risk.

It must also be remembered that the search engines take note of unusual patterns in the way that people are submitting content for consideration. If a particular website is using article submission script to create so many links within a very short space of time then the suspicion will be raised that it is in fact using a machine to do this work. The search engines do not like content writers who use machines to submit it. This is because they believe that such content is of a poor quality and does not really provide readers with useful information that they can use as a reference point when surfing the internet. That is why if websites are found to be concentrating on article submission script; they are usually penalized by some search engines.

The best situation is to mix the human submissions with the mechanized submissions. This provides the website with a good mix of links that can stand up to scrutiny from both the search engines and the general public that uses the internet. When article submission script is used in conjunction with other forms of content submission, it tends to be more effect and more likely to provide results that will help the website rank better with the major search engines. Thus the benefits of the article submission script are limited in as far as they need an element of human judgment to work.

Again, this is straightforward. Carry on with your current naples SEO strategy and expand the keyword list to include your branch locations. For example, our web design page targets the phrase web design naples and our other categories do the same thing. This helps search engines with a little guidence.

Writing keyword rich and local content specific to your branch is also ideal, providing them with the branch contact details and a map will also provide a good user experience. Your website marketing company will be able to help with all of this.

The Local SEO traffic volumes will of course be lower than a normal SEO campaign, but the traffic is more qualified and builds a relationship between your branches and their clients.

The examples given are of course US based, but the same philosophy can be applied across the world. By focusing your SEO efforts, you will be able to reduce competition and help provide a better experience for your customers.

Part three of my SEO checklist covers the placement and general use of keywords on your web-site. Remember that Google for instance uses a computer to analyze what your pages are about. Make it blatently obvious and you will reap the rewards.

The first thing I want to cover is the ratio of keywords in your content. Some SEO exponents will tell you to use a keyword for every 25 or so other words. This is a tricky subject because the search engines change what they are looking for very regularly. Personally I have read a lot of garbage, written to impress Google rather than inform or entertain me. Save your payroll checks and examine each services by giving a try on lower package first.

That’s why my advice to you is to write for the person visiting in the most attractive way you can. Of course you should drop your keywords in but only when it makes sense within what you are writing. My own SEO Company website is a case in point.

Although I do SEO for a living, I try to write for the visitor even to my own detriment with the search engines. To me, content is king and I wont short change my customers to get a few extra points from the search engines

• Use Keywords in your page title (the one that appear at the very top of the page when you visit a website)
• Ditto with your Meta description (the one that appears under your listing in the search engine results)
• Use your main keyword in the title tag and keep the title short up to 60 characters is best.
• Place your target keyword phrases at the beginning of the title and bolded out.
• Use your target keywords towards the front of the first paragraph.
• Use ‘H’ tags to highlight the importance of keywords and phrases.

• Place your most relevant keyword phrase in a H1 tag.
• Place your secondary keyword phrases in H2 and H3 tags.
• Use Keywords in your page title (the one that appear at the very top of the page when you visit a website)
• Ditto with your Meta description (the one that appears under your listing in the search engine results)
• Images should be described using ALT Tags. Describe the image and do not use them to promote your keywords.

For those of you who are already using Internet as a serious marketing tool know how effective SEO can be. In fact, it is probably the most important tool there is when it comes to online marketing. If not practiced in your business, it is possible that it will be more or less invisible to your everyday Internet browser. A major question that comes up about SEO is whether to outsource the work to an SEO company or conduct your SEO needs in-house.

Completing your SEO needs in-house can be more cost effective if you look at the amount of dollars actually spent. However, if you take a look at the return on investment the picture will generally take a different shape. It is far from uncommon for a search engine to update its algorithm and it can take a lot of time and resources to keep your website up to date and active as a viable marketing tool. SEO web design and Custom built websites also help a lot.

On the other hand, outsourcing your SEO needs to a company that specialises in the matter is far more likely to keep your site up to date with any new SEO trends and rules. This gives them a significant advantage over in-house SEO experts.

Below you can find a few pros and cons for both in-house and outsourced SEO.

In-House Pros

With in-house SEO you will have complete control over the strategies being used. Along with this you will be able to make any changes to your website almost immediately, whenever you want.

Another plus is that you will know all about the inner workings of your website which is something that can be quite beneficial. You will also learn a lot about the way that the search engines function which can provide huge benefits over a period of time.

In-House Cons

Efficient use of SEO can take quite some time to master. It is a specialised field that will take time and dedication to get everything right. On top of this you will need to have knowledge about different technical aspects such as HTML and PHP.

It can be very time consuming keeping up with the trends in the market place and will require the purchase of tools that can e rather costly. Not to mention that these tools will then need to be mastered which is another thing that can chew a lot of time.

Outsourcing Pros

The best thing with outsourcing the SEO requirements of your business is that you don’t have to use your internal staff or alter the focus of any part of your business. With this you will also gain instant access to experts in the field who already have all the knowledge and tools required for the job.

An SEO company will have a large team that knows everything that there is to know about the various aspects of a good SEO campaign such as link building and website modifications. Also, they know the territory well and you won’t be required to learn everything about SEO.

Outsourcing Cons

The costs of hiring an SEO company can be quite high and amount to large sums over time. If your website isn’t converting this may not be such a good idea.

You will still be required to consult with the SEO company about everything that you need so that they can market your business in the correct way. With this you will need to explain everything from your online marketing goals and deadlines to your budget.

As you can see, there are pros and cons to both sides of the story. If you do decide to have your SEO requirements completed in-house then you will never achieve the results that a dedicated SEO company is able to.

In the end, good SEO is more than capable of paying for itself. If you think about things in the terms of not performing heart surgery if you don’t know what you are doing, then it may be wise to hire a specialist SEO company. Looking for cheap seo services? Visit Adspace Guru today.
